With over 100 years of Scouting history in Kirkbymoorside the 1st Kirkbymoorside Scouts Group are setting the foundations for 100 more.

Scouting actively engages and supports young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. 1st Kirkbymoorside Scouts Group has a long history spanning over a century of supporting young people in our community and helping deliver the #SkillsForLife they need.

In 2019 our new home was opened after the demolition of the original Scout Hut and construction of a new multi-purpose home for both the 1st Kirkbymoorside Scouts and the town Brass Band.
