The 1st Kirkbymoorside Scarecrow Trail 2024
Scarecrow submissions now closed – Maps are available to purchase to the Moorside Store, Daisy Garden Centre and Something special.
On the 28th of March 2024 our Scarecrow trail will begin and be in place until the 1st of April (Easter Monday), we will have a stall at the Scout hut with games, refreshments, and also handmade gifts made by our Scout troop, our stall will be open between 12:00 and 15:00.
Maps will be available to purchase from the Moorside Store, Daisy Garden Centre and Something Special after the 28th of February.
Terms and conditions (Map sales raffle)
Purchases of maps enter you into a raffle to be drawn at the 1st Kirkbymoorside Scouts Hut on the 1st of April 2024, this raffle is provided by 1st Kirkbymoorside Scouts as a private society lottery, as such maps are only available from physical locations and the draw will take place on 1/5/24 with no option for prize rollover.
The raffle winner will have 14 days from draw to contact 1st Kirkbymoorside Scouts to arrange collection of their prize if this is not completed the draw will be re-ran.
Terms and conditions (Scarecrow Host)
- Entries cost £5.
- Your Scarecrow can be of any design you wish so long as it is suitable for a child audience and the general public.
- Your Scarecrow is to be placed in a location visible to the general public no later than 08:00 on the 28th of March 2024 and it is to remain in place till at least 18:00 on the 1st of April 2024.
- Finish will be at the 1st Kirkbymoorside Scout Hut.
- Applications close on the 23rd of February 2024
